“I was just there this afternoon, Monday May 11, 2020. Friendly and fast! The man was personable and I felt comfortable, I was in and out in as little as 15 to 20 minutes. He read the sticker under the hood and studied his computer with scrutiny and I worried a bit that my mom’s car wouldn’t pass but it did! In regards to the person that gave them one ⭐️ star I only have this to say, California regulations are extremely tight and he could easily lose his license by making a mistake for not knowing something about an older 1980s vehicle, not even one mechanic knows everything about all cars, even with the Internet. And everything that goes through his computer and his smog machine goes directly to the DMV, there’s no more lick em’ and stick em’ anymore in the computer age.”

The window marked a trim piece and the owner walked out and told me exactly what happened. He then explain how he would take care of ordering and installing the part. Within 2 days they had the part and replaced it. I am glad to see that the owner has the integrity to own a mistake. Job well done.
