They didn't try to up sale me on anything and in fact showed me ways to save money. The did a walk through of my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT and showed me problem areas and made sure that all of my concerns were addressed. They showed me how to take care of my exhaust system and also explained how I could optimize it. I am going to have them make me a custom exhaust when I return.
