I've used their facials and laser lipo services. I lost about 1.5 inches off my upper arms, and later in a series of laser lipo, lost about 1.75 inches off my upper thighs. She's a Veteran spouse, and local to San Diego/Eastlake/Chula Vista/Bonita. The service is great, if you're new to med spa, give this place a try. Note the driveway is sudden, it's after the school but before the car wash. Big building with lots of different offices inside, can't really see it from the street. Cheers!”

“I cannot recommend this place enough!! We are from Ireland and stayed here 2 nights and loved it so much we cancelled our accommodation in San Diego to come back to Welk Resort before going home. The views, the staff, the facilities including pools etc were all simply fantastic! 10/10. I felt so safe and happy both times we visited and staff greeting us with 'welcome home's was such a sweet and lovely gesture! My ONLY issue was I felt a little judged when we said we didnt have time to attend an hour long presentation during our stay. To be honest even if we were staying there for 2 weeks, an hour long presentation is not something we would ever attend while on a vacation, so it's not something that should need an excuse. Staff in general were fantastic however! I wish I could bring my friends and family from home here as it is just the most beautiful getaway location! Thank you thank you thank you.”
