“I had several new and old puppy pee stains that could not be taken out from "old school" traditional steam cleaning guy last year (it worked at first until it dried and came back), so I wanted to try a Chem-Dry franchise to see if they could do it, especially since I had out of town family coming in Friday. I called Tuesday for an appointment, and they came out first thing Wednesday morning at 8am sharp. Brian is experienced inn the industry and explained how much better their patented less-water approach with company-produced chemical treatment, along with the new type of equipment and method was compared to traditional steam cleaning and ZeroRez. I noticed that he took his time with cleaning our carpets, much longer than the 2 young guys that came in from ZeroRez who quickly cleaned our carpets 2 years ago. The carpets were slightly damp but dried out by the evening with the windows open. I was dreading the dog pee spots "coming back", but it's still clear 2 days later! We are so happy and I highly recommend BnK Chem-Dry here in Oceanside.”

“Love it here!! So close to campus (about a 10 minute walk to the middle). Very spacious. One of the biggest unexpected upsides when living at College Campanile is the shocking amount of storage. Our rooms have a full wall of closet and cabinet space, and the hallway/living room also has multiple closets to store things in. Staff is responsive and friendly.”

“My experience with C-E Podiatry, and with Dr. Lieberman in particular, has been the best I could have hoped for. He knew right away what the problem was, why it developed and what to do about it. He explained it all very clearly; I suspect he's one of those doctors (there aren't nearly enough of them) who always keep in mind that they're the ones with the knowledge and experience, and we're not -- we're just the ones with the physical problem, the pain and the case of nerves. He doesn't talk down so much as across, and listens to the patient. He did two procedures - quickly, expertly and with a minimum of discomfort. All specialists (and primary care drs.) should be like this - we'd all be better off. The staff are also professional and nice. Kathleen has been pleasant and good about working out scheduling. This is a medical practice where people know what they're doing but are not coldly professional. You feel like you're among humans - not the case in some medical environments. Highly recommend.”

“This is the best pediatrician I have ever been to- counting the ones I used as a child! The first time I took my, then, newborn son in, our appointment had been delayed because of a circumcision before us. My son was hungry and crying. Dr. Snyder walked in and offered to take him. As soon as he was in his arms, my son stopped crying and Dr. Snyder laughed and said, "you smell like lunch to him!" Ever since Dr. Snyder has been very sincere, extremely helpful and never patronizing. My son is always happy to see him, and vice versa. The nurses are great, too. They have divided their office into sick and well sides, so you don't have to worry about your kids playing with sick germ toys. I think they might also divide the exam rooms like this as well, as we seem to go in certain ones when my son is sick and others for his wellness checkups. I would highly recommend Dr. Snyder and his office for anyone in the area looking for a SUPER pediatrician who is absolutely great with kids.”
