(February 4, 2020, 1:43 pm)I'm not what I would call a "gym person", but when I walked by Live Fit - Cole Valley on January second, I saw they were finally open (Gotta get that new years business) and decided "why not". I'm so glad I did. This place is unpretentious, friendly and has everything I need to loose the holiday extra 10 that has become the year round extra 10. The easy to navigate space is full of new machines all maintained in perfect order. I also highly recommend working with the always energetic Nicole Yessler, if you need to come up with a game plan to get back in shape like I did.
(January 5, 2020, 3:07 pm)Clean, modern, new equipment. But needs an abs machine like CV Fitness had. Hopefully they get one soon.
