IMPROVEMENT NEEDED: Prompt or proactive communication with clients about status of refills especially when there is a backorder or delay in filling prescriptions TIP: Call at least a week before you’re prescription is due to be filled. Even if you receive text updates, don’t rely on the updates and call often to confirm that it has been filled and in their office ready for you to pick up. If you rely on the text communications, be prepared to do alot of last minute leg work if they didn’t fill your prescription even if it’s on auto-fill. IMPRESSIVE: They are sending my prescriptions (filled on time) to me free of charge since I”m unable to pick them up.”

“I visited my Grandfather here while he was doing rehab so this review is only for the rehab portion of the facility. I only visited him twice for 2 hours each, but so far my impressions are very positive. Although pricey, you get what you pay for, and the physical facility certainly reflect the price tag. The property is located in the beautiful Marina District in San Francisco. Once you check-in at the kiosk in the lobby, the property is laid out like an elegant hotel. A huge restaurant style dining room is available for meals, and while we didn’t eat there, service looked to be first class. There were many sitting areas with books and puzzles and coffee/tea/water available in the lobby. Grandfather’s care team was very compassionate - you could tell they truly cared about the residents. His room looked like a more comfortable hospital room, but is was only his rehab room until he was well enough to move to his resident room. He commented that the food they served him was delicious. So far so good with facility and hopefully as he continues to get better, his stay there will remain the highest quality.”

“As someone who struggles with anxiety and depression, I know how very important exercise is for my mental health. Working out regularly with Keirsten has made such a difference not only in my fitness level, but in my overall happiness. It’s hard to motivate to workout on my own, but I always look forward to my workouts with Keirsten. Instead of focusing on which muscle groups I want to work, she’ll ask, “How does your body feel today?” and then tailor the workout to the appropriate strength and energy level. Don’t get me wrong, we work very hard! (and my butt has never looked better!) As a dancer and aerialist, she knows how to build strength without bulk. And the work she’s done with me on balance and mobility will be even more valuable as I get older. I never dread going to see her because I know I’m going to be supported no matter my mood and I know that I’ll leave feeling better than I did going in. I can’t say enough good things about this awesome trainer.”

Everyone was very helpful with the Workouts. It also keeps you motivated to see others train hard. There is also another fitness park just a few yards away.”
