I have had good experiences in the Home Theater, Appliance, and camera departments. I have been pleased with the customer service and knowledge that has become rare in most retail stores. The promotions have been fairly aggressive and I have bought quite a few items here. A few times I stopped by to pick up a small accessory expecting to have them match an Amazon price, only to find the Best Buy price to be lower. I admit to loving online shopping, but still enjoy the instant gratification of a local store.”
