“I love bargains and Daiso is full of them to my delight. There are aisles and aisles of colorful and cute items from Japan that you never knew you had to have. I came to browse and came home loaded with gadgets that are so clever such as the egg timer that you drop in to monitor when your eggs are perfectly boiled and unique wrapping paper with blue stripes at about a third of the prices you would pay in stationary stores. Everything is only $1.50 unless marked higher and worth every penny.”

“It was wet and rainy out and a little blustery but it was nice and warm inside and there are plenty open tables when we got there. Isabella was practicing for a Christmas ballet show and this was the closest location to the dance studio. The free Internet and the ample display of food and pastries made the wait go by quickly. For the next Christmas show we would drive over here instead of walking as there is plenty of parking in the lot behind the store.”

Working out regularly with Keirsten has made such a difference not only in my fitness level, but in my overall happiness. It’s hard to motivate to workout on my own, but I always look forward to my workouts with Keirsten. Instead of focusing on which muscle groups I want to work, she’ll ask, “How does your body feel today?” and then tailor the workout to the appropriate strength and energy level. Don’t get me wrong, we work very hard! (and my butt has never looked better!) As a dancer and aerialist, she knows how to build strength without bulk. And the work she’s done with me on balance and mobility will be even more valuable as I get older. I never dread going to see her because I know I’m going to be supported no matter my mood and I know that I’ll leave feeling better than I did going in. I can’t say enough good things about this awesome trainer.”
