“Hi, this is Diana 'Red'. I used to say, 'there is no way I can go to the gym after work'. But this gym, and the workouts are so amazing, I look forward to going to the gym after work! The full body workouts are fun, intense and challenging, but can be modified for all levels. My cardio game has definitely improved, and I am doing things I never thought I could do. Workouts build strength, stamina and confidence. Also, sparked an interest in boxing, when I never thought twice about it. The coach is awesome, very knowledgeable, great energy, always encouraging, and just an all around good person. You will feel very comfortable at this gym. It is clean, spacious, and has good equipment. The members of this gym are of all sizes and ages, very friendly, and we all encourage each other. It's never to late in the game folks! I highly recommend this gym. You will not regret it!”
