Lodi DMV

I Used to drive all the way to Jackson for DMV services. Decided to take a chance at Lodi today and save an hour of driving and will be going here from now on. My person was Cammie and she was an absolute joy to work with. Brandon checked my car out and was also very polite and helpful. This was my best experience at the DMV, ever, in any state. Get there early in the day because when I left there was a fairly long line wait to get in. The whole visit took me less than 2 hours start-to-finish. Thanks, Cammie, and see you next year :)

This time my experience was good not great. I think they are still working the bugs out of the new system. The system went down and had to wait for it to come back up. Over all it was a good experience. I especially like when you need to call to get information on what you need to get done. I had to renew my class A license and I wanted the Real ID added to my license and needed help. The waiting time on phone was going to be to long so they said they would call me at a certain to help and they it was so friendly and very convenient. I like taking my test on the computer it's fast and easy. They have a better camera now and the pictures come out great. I decided to use the Lodi DMV because it was not going to be over crowded like Stockton.

The wait time outside in line, was the longest part of my experience. Once inside, I was out within 15 minutes.

Arrived this am and the line was all the way around the building. Unless your disabled or have an appointment.
