(July 8, 2021, 5:37 pm)I am editing to say that the nicest person did call back finally-there are only 2 people handling calls today! She solved my problem and was absolutely awesome! So Sorry I didn't get her name! I am trying to find out why my payment check was cashed, yet I'm getting a notice saying it's not paid! Sat on hole for close to an hour-finally did the call back thing when I was #3 in line-been waiting for that call back for 3 hours now!!!!!!!!!!!! this is absurd!
