(December 21, 2021, 6:34 pm)I had a interview for housekeeping manager & when I walked in the building I could smell the Cleanliness of the facility. I really hope that I get the position!!!
(February 9, 2021, 6:20 pm)My dad came here for rehab after a stint at the hospital with COVID. He has many other psychiatric issues that was going to be challenging for this facility to manage. He is combative, dangerous to himself and to the nursing staff. I have never written a review for a rehab or nursing home, and I am familiar with some since both my parents have gone to various locations. This place is by far the BEST place for care. The staff treated my dad better than I would have. They were always apologetic when things didn't go well (which was not their fault). I was amazed by their sincere concern for his well being under (let me say) very difficult conditions that he presented them with. In the end, my dad had to be transferred to a psychiatric hospital for further care. I will never forget the calls that I received from the staff that showed a sincere compassion and desire to help someone that needed help; almost in disregard of their well being. My hats off to you! You guys are by far the best staff I have encountered so far. Thank you for all you have done! May God bless you all! Adrian
(September 12, 2020, 10:37 pm)Place looks amazing!! We are moving to Manteca and can’t wait to take the kids to this water park. I am sure this will make home prices in Manteca rise up. We drove there and it looks very nice can’t wait to go when they open.
(June 26, 2019, 2:38 pm)Had to put my father at Shelby Crossing after being released from hospital for rehab. Then moved him to assisted living wing to continue his PT and OT. The staff, care takers and therapist are the best in the business. Never once did I feel my father wasn’t being attended to or taken care of. If your loved one needs any of the services that Shelby Crossing offers, there is no need to look at any other facilities. Shelby Crossing is second to none!
