  We had a wonderful experience here! Everything was clean, we felt safe, and every staff member we encountered smiled and was so friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The free hot breakfast was really nice, with options for everyone. Very happy and will definitely stay here again!

  We stayed at the Hampton in for a business trip and I am very happy with the stay. It is a clean hotel, and the breakfast was very good for our wants. The pool area was nice for sure. The rooms are pretty small which is a bummer but it is what it is. Overall we had a great experience.

  Great way to start our vacation! The hotel is just outside the airport, super clean, friendly employees, great breakfast and good coffee! Our room was quiet, no airport/traffic noise at all.
  We were also able to check in early, would definitely stay here again!

  I rated this hotel 🏨excellent due to cleanliness of the hotel and the wonderful customer service we experienced. Not to mention the wonderful night sleep we had. There is one staff member that was exceptional & went way above & beyond and that was Christina at the front desk. When checking out we mentioned that we had it the barrier and the panel on the bottom of our car had dropped down. We asked her if she knew a mechanic and instead called her husband. However due to her husband doing a delivery he told Christine what to do and she did. Believe it or not she got on her hands and knees and popped the panel back in. My husband and I were in amazement that someone would be so wonderful. So if you have any type of recognition program I would like to recommend Christine for going above and beyond. She was wonderful and can't thank her enough.. so please let her know.

  Staff super friendly. They had the special request that we needed. The room was clean and looked in good shape. Hotel in general looks well maintained and in updated condition. The breakfast is the standard fair for Hampton inn although this location has the make your own waffle machine back out. Very close to airport and about 15 minutes to UofA

  This place is great! They get your truck in and out. They seem to always solve the problem and get your truck back on the road so that you can get back to work. Always good to call ahead of time to give them a heads up to check for availability. Very trustworthy business,friendly service and fair pricing. Keep up the good work!

  Fast service?
  I’d like to mention that this shop and specially mr Harvey are ONE OF A KIND.
  They really mean business I’ve been driving for 19 years and never on any place in the country I have found a faster or better place to fix my truck!!

  Called this place when my truck broke down. It was just before closing to see if they could possibly repair it next day as I was from out of the area. I explained my situation to the gentleman who was nice enough to tell me they don't work on my size trucks but freight trucks. He told me to bring it anyway and they will look at it in the morning to see if it's something they could fix. I was able to drop it off that evening. The next day they got me fixed up and on the road at very reasonable rate. Super nice people greeted me inside the office and on the phone. Great experience for what was a disastrous day.
