“I first experienced Karen Messersmith's expertise when I had sun poisoning and my legs were swollen and painful. She was able to relieve the swelling in my legs in one 90-minute session. Today, she worked her magic again and relieved pain MD's, Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Massage could not help. I was completely pain free when she finished our session. I didn't know about "Strain-Counter Strain" training but she certainly does. Torn about writing this review because she's quite busy. Selfishly want to see her monthly for maintenance.
