“Sherman's is a place you go to when you want food at a price you can be happy with and a portion that is more than you expect. They have about ten items they always have (chow mein, fried rice, fried chicken with and without bone, crab Rangoon, fried spring rolls, teriyaki chicken, Mongolian chicken, beef and broccoli, spicy teriyaki chicken, sauced mushrooms(they go fast), prepared shrimp in sauce, barbecued red chicken or pork, fried veggies snacks) and specialty items like fried asparagus when the season hits. They are super nice and they definitely give off chill diner vibes. They have a spacious interior for the buffet crowd but most usually just get a three item plate and hustle off. The decor is dated but clean and comfortable. They have booths for small parties or big tables for more people. It's like 8 bucks for a three item plate (great portions) and 9 for buffet, 2 bucks more for the drink so it's really more like eleven bucks. IMHO, totally worth it for it's laid back and low expectation environment.”

“Very Good "Socal" style hamburger drive through. Hot dog is impressively sized and dressed. Pastrami is perfect, burgers near perfect (tweak the thousand island / spread). Ranch should be offered with all fries. Milkshakes were the best from a drive through I've ever had. Big recommend if you're missing an LA style burger place.”

We ordered chicken bacon ranch, and mine was toasted on Italian bread, but it seemed kinda dry compared to others that I had, but still good. We will probably stop in again when in the area.”

When I got to window they wanted to charge extra for soda. Told her it isn't my fault the coffee maker is broke, and was told would have to pay extra for soda or pay coupon cost and not get coffee. No common sense.”

They do not give lemon or limes complimentary though. The horchata was okay(I wouldn't get it again though). All-in-all, this taqueria is one I would definitely visit again. Question to Taquerias La Estrella: 1. Would we be able to ask for lemons or limes with our order and not be charged? 2.
