All of the coaches are knowledgeable, experienced, and super friendly. The coaches are there for you to help and guide you along your journey as far as you want to go at your pace. Kru/Coach Shannon is an amazing Coach. Intelligent, innovative, real life experiences, and knows how to build champions. Kru/Coach Shannon is very detailed and structured with his teachings. The staff and coaches are all awesome making the gym a family friendly clean environment to train.

Started training Muay Thai here almost a year ago now and its been amazing. The coaches have taught me so much and I have been able to grow at such a great rate because of it. Would highly recommend it to anyone interested in starting martial arts.

Had no idea that when I started taking classes here that I would fall in love with martial arts. Amazing coaches, great people, and a good environment to be in. You can gain proper technique and skills that help equip you if your goal is to ever fight. You can develop good discipline and build a good self esteem for everything outside of the dojo.

The instructors and staff at American Top Team Tracy are very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone is very friendly. I've been training here for the past 5 years and I don't see myself stopping anytime soon! I highly recommend this spot!
