They always kept us updated on the status and called as soon as it was ready. Thank you for the great work and dealing with my insurance. Looks like a new car again.

(May 4, 2021, 12:16 pm)USAA has always sent me to Cooks - I stopped by Tracy Collision because of their new clean looking building - My visit was a none insurance issue. I wanted to see if their dent wizard could remove some dents from the truck. The wizard was not happy with his work and did not charge Tracy Collision so they did not charge me, I understood the risk in the beginning. When funds become available I will return to have the body work done. Treated very well
