I just bought mt car from kar autosales and it was a great experience! Customer service was great- Ramil was very quick to respond to my inquiry-and consistent with texting me back when I was arranging to come see the car- car looked just as good in person as it did in the pictures! Overall great experience-thank you!

This was the easiest car purchase that I have ever made. Ramil was so amazing and personable, very down to earth, but utmost very business-like. I called on a Thursday evening at around 8pm, and I was expecting to get an answering machine when I called and for someone to call back the next day, but he still answered the phone! He made plans and an appointment for me to see the car the next day on a Saturday. He sent me that address and I originally planned on being there around 1pm, but I live in the Northeastern foothills so it was quite a drive and traffic was a parking lot from Tracy all the way to San Jose...I was late of course, but when I got there he was understanding, very kind, & let me check the car out all on my own... wasn't pushy, wanted me to take the car on the highway to check it out, and answered my questions about the car as we were driving... after we talked about the pros and cons of the car, he asked if I wanted the car. Wasn't pushy at all!!! Everything I would expect from a car dealer, he provided for me and more!!! Even willing to work with me on the price and drop the car a little lower than its worth ( I'm a single mom with two boys and couldnt afford a monthly payment and only had so much cash saved with REALLLLLY bad credit) so that I would he able to but the car and pay for all taxes and fees with cash. The whole paperwork process took about an hour from start to finish...

I am so in love with my new "mommy mobile," more than happy with the price. I am also glad that there are still good small mom-and-pop car dealers that aren't trying to sell you a POS, honest about the products, and also have empathetic heart. I highly recommend KAR Auto. You won't regret it.l!!! I love my new car!!! I am so happy and thankful, more than happy and satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! THEY DID NOT DISSAPPOINT!!! FIVE STARS!!! Ramil is amazing!!!!!
