(March 6, 2022, 6:43 pm)Some may have had a negative experience in the past but in the past few years, service has been great with friendly, helpful staff. Just Friday, one of the staff was patiently explaining what the return address was. It was clear the young person there was not familiar with a return address or why it was important. She wasn't snarky or surprised, she just had him go back and fill it out. It is nice to have a smaller local office so you don't have to drive so far. I appreciate the staff.
