Contacted my insurance company about a cracked front windshield and was directed to make an appt at Safelite. Their site was very easy to navigate and make a confirmed appt within 48 hours. I used the "chat" function to confirm I could do evening drop off and got a response immediately. They confirmed my appt the night before via text, sent me a message when they started work on my car (very early) and called me byt 9:45am to tell me my windshield was finished! Picking up the car was easy and quick, staff was very friendly and nice. They exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend using them for your car glass needs. Bravo!

Jen and Sean were a pleasure to deal with. My Pilot had a small issue with the recalibration for the onboard safety systems after the windshield install. They spent 2 hours performing a road test so they could diagnose and resolve the issue and save me from coming back. They even paid for the tank of gas! Team here was amazing.

Did better job than body shop I used last year. Fast and very good quality. Stickers, EZ Pass, microphone but back perfectly

Very satisfied with their service, punctual and even finished ahead of time, great respectful and friendly staff 👍
