“Absolutely fantastic!! I've never been treated which such hospitality at any restaurant! The greeter who greeted us, and took us to our table was so friendly, welcoming, happy, and sweet! She was even nice enough to ask if we would like the TVs turned on, in the section we sat. She greeted us with a big smile, and really made us feel welcomed! She was so friendly! We were seated, and had the absolute BEST waitress ever!! Her name was MARIA!! She was outstanding!! She went above, and beyond to make sure our dinner was fantastic!! She was very friendly, had a beautiful smile on her face all the time, she was very attentive, and checked on us often, she made sure drinks were always full, and made sure to ask how everything was throughout our meal, and if we needed anything. She was very patient, and welcoming. She made our family feel so comfortable, and valued as guests here! She was quick to take our drink, appetizer, and food order. We never needed anything, she was on it! She brought out our food, and drinks quickly, and made sure everything was perfect. She was so sweet, happy, and nice! You can sure tell Maria takes great pride in her job, and her customers! She was truly AMAZING, and such a pleasure to be around! We hope when we return, we are lucky enough to have Maria as our waitress again! She was really the best, great waitress, great personality, and she was always working hard! If not at our table, she was attending to others in her section, cleaning tables, doing it all. We never had to look for her, or want for anything during our visit. She made our night! “I was in the shopping center and happened to see this place as I was passing by. I didn't know it was there but decided to give it a chance. I got an Al pastor burrito and the burrito was very full of meat. You get a bag of chips with your purchase as well as hot sauce. You can pay .50 more for another bag of chips. Staff was friendly, place was clean, and the food was pretty good.”

When you tell her dining in, she tells you to grab gloves and start grabbing your food while she sets you up with a table. I LOVE that you have to wear gloves at the AYCE restaurant because people using their bare hands to use serving utensils completely grosses me out! The variety of meat, veggies and sauces are great. The two guys who are cooking are cool as well. The lady who greeted us is also the one who brings your the appetizers, drinks, etc. She's efficient and remembered what I was drinking even with all of the customers in here. “I'm impressed with El Pollo Loco in the Trinity Parkway in Stockton, California. Employee taking our order was patient and kind. We had wanted to order the eight piece chicken family meal and she recommended the family feast which was a special that included the eight piece chicken as well as a salad, two sides, 4 churros, and tortillas. The chicken was very tender and nicely cooked. We also ordered a chicken avocado burrito which was huge and delicious. The churros tasted as good as any I have ordered from fancy restaurants in big cities. The side salad was large and had slices of avocado. I asked for extra salsa, plates, and utensils and the employee happily gave us everything for which we asked. The server recommended the mac & cheese as one of the sides, and that side was fabulous. We also ordered the pinto beans which had a little bit of spice to them. Customer service was A+. Accurate and friendly. Hard workers here. The Creamy Avocado Dressing is fantastic. The restaurant is located in the front of the Trinity Parkway shopping center, across the way from Target. If you're driving west on Eight Mile Road turn left onto Trinity Parkway, then turn left on the second entrance to the shopping center. We didn't know where it was. 10506 is the address.”
