(January 24, 2019, 4:19 pm)Good rooms and better views. The rooms I've stayed in aren't perfect. I've found several things that need updating or fixed. The air conditioning is a bit noisy and my current room has trouble keeping the temperature where it should be. Service is top notch and the food is good. Breakfast included with a wide assortment of hot and cold foods to choose from.
(January 1, 2019, 10:28 pm)Nice place, fun little happy hour with complimentary beer, wine, well cocktails and snacks. The views are pretty sweet as is the property the hotel sits on. The restaurant on premise was very tasty and better than you’d expect.
(December 15, 2018, 5:54 pm)Most people choose hotels based on breakfast, pool, scenery and cleanliness. When in fact your stay is really based on how you interact with the staff! Embassy is rated 5 stars because of the team that supports the hotel! So, don't look for what you can receive accept what they have to offer! Most of the time it is 5 star attitude!
(November 27, 2018, 12:50 am)Spacious rooms, but needs a little more care. Toilet seats were loose and things not cleaned thoroughly. Found hair ties by the bed. Love the free full breakfast and happy hour everyday. One major complaint is that I felt the staff didn't take care of my problem. On our last night there, the room next door was playing music loud enough to wake me up at about 3:30am. I waited for nearly an hour and had to call the front desk to complain because they didn't stop. They did nothing! We had to bang in the wall and they stopped! That was infuriating! Staff needs more work on customer service!
(October 28, 2018, 9:37 pm)Location is superb! Walking trail right outside along the water, taking in the airport happenings and San Francisco's downtown in the distance. Beautiful atrium as usual and about twice the size of a normal Embassy Suites'. Staff was friendly and helpful when asked about certain suggestions. Proximity to airport is great, as I was there in less than 10 minutes. I won't hesitate to stay again if my business needs find me in San Francisco again!
