Working with Nick to find the right car was easy and low pressure, and RC made the financing part seamless. We thought we’d just take a quick look before dinner, and ended up with a new car. It was a great date night.

(March 30, 2022, 8:27 pm)My wife and I had a good experience with the Serramonte VW dealership. The people were forthcoming and pleasurable to work with. There were absolutely no pressure tactics involved during the entire process of looking, driving and deciding which vehicle we wanted. The young salesman, Alec, and his manager John went out of their way to help us in selecting the vehicle that we were interested in, and eventually purchased. The finance manager, and the team we worked with were polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I would, and do, highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle.
(March 29, 2022, 7:27 pm)Went in for a diagnostic of a coolant issue. The report came back quick and was upfront about the cost to repair. Had to defer action to save up but when I was ready they had a record of my last visit at hand, make sure to put the right mechanic to work on it, and made the repair quickly with convenient calls and text communication to keep me updated about progress and delays.
