My mom had to get physical therapy and rehab for a month here. The staff took very good care of her, and she made great progress. We especially appreciated case manager Dinno's efforts to keep us updated and get her the best care options!
Our mother spent over 3 years at St. Francis Pavilion. Overall I can say that her time there has been pleasant. The nursing staff is good, some better than others, but overall very kind and caring. Kudos to CNA’s Nisa Sotto and Shirlyn Cometas as well as Nurse Nygel for always taking excellent care of my mother. They have gone above and beyond the necessary duties. They truly care for her as a family member. Thanks for all you guys are doing!
I had the good fortune to get a single room at St. Francis Pavilion for my recovery from total knee replacement. I'm sure my experience would have been different if I'd been in a room with one or two other patients.
I found the physical therapy and nursing staff professional and friendly. I have type 2 diabetes and someone from the kitchen came to see me about my food preferences, and did a credible job accommodating me. I had a good experience and was able to walk out within a week.
