  So grateful for Medical, Supervisory and clinical staff for courteous, compassionate and timely care for our beloved family patriarch during his stay for end of life care. Special thanks to Dra Dimaano, RN Coordinator Kathy and Charge nurse Girlie for prompt and clear communication with family, kind and timely granting of family requests. God bless your good works.

  I am currently here to learn how to walk again. I start my physical therapy tomorrow. So far so good. The staff here are all very nice and treat patients with care. ❤ I have no complaints with the care they've given me. Also I see how they care for my roommates they are always kind. They will go out of their way to meet all my needs. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs it. I had to be taken to the hospital and now after a few weeks I had hoped to be returned to what I felt like my home to me. It turns out that I will not be returning to St. Francis Heights. I'm not too sure why but I am a bit upset with not going back. They really treated patients good. It was like my second home. All the faculty were real nice. I felt like they truly cared about their patients. They were all nice to me and all my room mates. I have nothing negative to say about St. Francis Heights or St. Francis Pavilion their sister building.

  Its been a little over 5 months since I've stayed here. I do appreciate the staff with helping me with my recovery from bilateral knee replacement surgery. They were extremely helpful with my daily needs. Also with my emergencies such as having a nurse nearby when I was feeling ill and the nurses aides helping with changing the sheets to my bed. Although the food could've been better I'm just happy for their help.
