“Sent in for repair my 10-year old B&R briefcase whose handle and straps have all tired out. I knew they had a lifetime warranty, so I sent it in by following instructions on their website, which said 3-4 weeks for repair. I needed for my next business trip in two weeks, so I requested if the faster turnaround was possible. I sent out the bag on Friday, it got there on the following Tuesday. Got e-mail from the repair center on Wednesday that the works were all done and shipped the bag back to me, and I got it at home by Thursday afternoon! You just earned another customer for life :-)”

“Nice area to go for a hike during summer because right now it’s been raining. Although it had stopped for couple days. I just love the view you get to look at once you are there. You just look right into the ocean so breath taking. Dog friendly with a leash on of course. There’s also a bathroom near by to use and lots of parking. Love taking my evening walks here.”
