“The staff here, Amanda, Adam and Tim really have outdone themselves. By making me feel welcomed and comfortable being at this gym but they do so with everyone else that walks into this gym, They are all very friendly and knowledgeable with each workout whether your training to build your muscle, endurance or maximize in burning calories. They each help you reach your potential goal and cheer you on along the whole process. At each class either being in a large or small group we all workout together and motivate each other along the way. Each coach is very good in making sure one stays on track by providing very informative nutritional plans that one can follow along with awesome functional training exercises anyone can follow if it needs to be modified to ones standards they"ll help you do so just so one can better reach there weight loss goal or build muscle. I'm so glad I decided to be a part of this gym. I am beyond thankful for them, and there motivational support as I was able to loose 21Ibs, couldn't have done it without them. I'm not going to lie at first it was really hard for me but once you keep on going and having a very good support team along your side anything is possible.”

She is the only optometrist who has been able to select a pair of glasses for the shape of my face that I actually really like. She also knew about a very rare (and harmless) eye condition I have, that very few of my previous optometrists had any idea of. Her staff is great at tracking our insurance benefits.
