Scott Dickson is a one-man wonder. Provides patient guidance in selecting styles and colors. Even more patient when we changed our minds twice, and helped with deciding how best to handle adjacent windows with mis-matched heights. He communicates frequently, sets appointments in advance and was always punctual. Installation on our two projects was swift and tidy. Pricing very competitive. I highly recommend BB of SRC!

After a whole house renovation, we were tired (and broke) from making way too many decisions. Scott was highly recommended by a friend and designer in the area, and the only regret we have is not calling him up sooner. He is one of the warmest, kindest person we've ever met; he took the time to explain the pros and cons of each type of shade to us newbies. His sample selection is massive, lots of material, texture, color, and options to fit any style of home with prices that are WAY BELOW the other guys (ahem, The Shade Store). And knowing that we were expecting some house guests, he fit us into his schedule just two weeks later for the install. We couldn't be happier with the quality and beauty of our new shades: a combination of rollers, roman, and cellular. All fantastic! Thank you, Scott!
