I took it to Legacy and they repaired it in less than one hour and, saying that it was a simple electric issue. Alonso explained everything to me really patiently, in a way that I could understand. “I don't normally write reviews but this seemed necessary. I got into a car accident with no hope of insurance helping me and other auto shops charging $4k+. I asked a friend if he knew any reliable shops that won't try to scam me and he recommended this shop. I was hesitant at first but I got an immediate response from Cristian, an employee who works there. I was able to pay half the money upfront for parts and the other half when the work was finished. KEEP IN MIND my damage was horrible, but the shop was able to fully repair the vehicle. I definitely recommend coming here if you're SOL and have to pay out of pocket. I know I will 👍 👍 👍”

“Rich knows everything there is to know about 914's. I get my 1975 914 2.0 serviced there and have never been disappointed about the quality of work or the time taken to finish a repair. He has very reasonable prices and has every part for the 914 and lots of them. I would recommend HPH. I know they specialize in Dodge Vipers as well but don't have a Viper and not sure of the service, but I would imagine they do a very good job as well.”

“Exclusive Auto Care was recommended to us by our wonderful mechanic (Eric at ProCare Auto Clinic in Redwood City - seriously, the kindest and most professional mechanic I have ever met). The recommendation was spot on, because the staff at Exclusive Auto Care could not have been more accommodating. They helped us arrange transportation between their shop and the car rental agency, and they very clearly communicated progress at every step of the process. Cherie was so warm and friendly that she made the (regrettable) process of getting our car repaired truly enjoyable. We were traveling when our car was completed, and Exclusive Auto Care very kindly let us leave our car there for a few days until we returned. Their workmanship is fantastic - the car looks brand new! Even the inside of the car was cleaned!! Hopefully we won't need auto body services again in the near future, but if we do, we know where to take our vehicle.”

“Soon after I bought my Toyota Tacoma in 2004, I bought a camper shell from Custom Truck. 18 years later (!) the weather stripping had disintegrated on one side of the shell and wasn't repairable. My Tacoma now has 253K miles and a brand new camper shell. Custom Truck had the same great customer service and fast installation that I remembered from 18 years ago, and I'm happy to say that I still highly recommend them!”

I have an old classic car, and had some severe body damage and rusting around one of the wheel wells, so the work took a fair bit of time - but the price was extremely reasonable - much more reasonable than other quotes I was getting in the Bay Area. Will definitely be coming back for additional work if the other rusty areas of my car start to give me issues. Its definitely worth bringing your car in person for him to review - once he provides an estimate there, he sticks to it, so he's definitely an honest guy to work with!”
