I drove 2+ hours each way so I brought an open mind and willingness to follow her advice. What I got out of it was what I expected and so much more. 6 weeks later, after some lab tests and discussion about my lifestyle I felt better than I remember feeling in a while. She can be firm and cut through your excuses, which is a good thing :) but she does it in a nice way where you feel you are working together towards a common goal and she is just encouraging you to hold up your part of the bargain.
