“I called Lenity last weekend after my recently adopted rescue dog ate something in a bush and started vomiting. The person on the phone was very friendly and said they would see him. The process is efficient and seamless, you check in from your car, complete paperwork and then my dog was taken in. He was examined and I rec'd a phone call from Dr. Zak, also very friendly and explained thoroughly his recommended treatment. Every member of the staff (vet techs Brian and Amanda, I think) was wonderful, so nice, patient and kind. I really cannot remember the last time I experienced this type of excellent service at an ER Vet and I am so thankful to have found them. After recently moving back to the Bay Area, I was concerned about finding services in this exact type of situation. I had previously used another well know Vet Specialist and did NOT want to go back there since their customer care and services had severely declined over the years. I highly recommend Lenity Vet Specialists and Emergency Care.”

“Scout's House treated my 14 year old beagle for symptoms of arthritis. They worked wonders with her during the sessions to build up her agility and muscle mass, and recommended homework for us to try at home. After weekly visits for 5 weeks, she had gained a considerable amount of muscle mass back on her leg and after a total of 10 visits, she was pretty much cured. Thank you Scout's House for providing a healthy alternative to surgery and allowing Cinnamon to live a happy normal life well into her old age!”

“Excellent surgeon and after care. My dog had his CCL in his right knee repaired. The initial consult was scheduled quickly and the surgery to follow. The incision was small, he healed fine and according to the schedule they predicted, and it even came in hundreds of dollars under their initial estimate. My only issue was that they were perhaps too cautious - detected a bit of heart murmur and had me take my dog to a veterinary cardiologist 70 miles away to have his heart examined. Half a day, 140 miles driven and $600 later we now knew he had a typical 8yo spaniel's heart. Given how many 8yo spaniels VSA has treated I would have thought that was something they might have known about and saved me the time/trouble/money - it is a known but minimal risk. Poor guy is limping on the left leg now, so I will be a repeat customer very soon :-(”
