“Tremors is THE plumbing service we're going to call going forward! We had a leak in the supply pipe between the street and the house that we finally located - called Francisco, and he was out within the hour despite it being a late Saturday afternoon. He was extremely thorough in explaining our options, made sure we would be fine overnight and arrived promptly the next morning. Together with Jordan he completed the pretty significant job by Sunday evening, despite some unexpected complications - and left the place better looking than it had been! Francisco is super knowledgeable and a great communicator, always making sure we knew what was going on and how it would be addressed, and working around our schedules with water shutoffs. He clearly understands and enjoys his trade. 5/5”

“I grad in 1979-80. I went back 20 yrs later as a T/A for spec.ed. Ms. Lackey was still there. I worked with Ms. San Gabriel and Dr.George. When I left had Mr Demelio as principal (later bacame Super.)and Mr Veronda as vice, (whom I heard was working with incarcerated young boys) The school was accredited then and im sure it only got better. It definitely had its share of derelict students, parents and a couple shady teachers but for the most part , it had some outstanding faculty that will always be remembered. We had Langstons in the 50's Turturici's in the 60's & Langstons again in the 70's. Love you Bayside❤aloha”

“Our 2 year old son attended summer school sessions (full week/half days) at Welcome Amigos and loved it! It was his first experience in a preschool setting and we couldn't have asked for a more positive one! The teachers were wonderful and caring, the repurposed home was clean and full of tons of things for the children to learn and experience. The director, Elizabeth, was amazing - you can tell how much she loves her work and the children and takes it very seriously. The teachers were all very patient and kind with my very energetic son - they even got him to sit in circle time! Other things that were great: * how organized the program was - having a theme each week and lots of little activities around it (including field trips, making food, and science experiments) * the weekly reports, pictures, and videos * that I was encouraged to drop in anytime and be as involved as I wanted to be * they focus not just on academics, but teach children to be good citizens as well * my son was starting to say phrases, and name things in Spanish after only a few weeks! I highly recommend Welcome Amigos!”

“OLM is a hidden gem, a rare find in the area with its unique quality that are almost impossible to replicate. My kid is having a great time here and has been showing tremendous growth that exceeds our expectation. OLM is essentially the family based care opened by the director and the teacher formerly in All Are Friends (AAF), who has been forced out in its unfortunate and unsuccessful turnaround last year. This means OLM has a teacher/student ratio of 1:6, where both of the teachers are Montessori certified - a bar almost unattainable in almost all schools that I know. Ms Rita and Ms Chapna are very experienced and capable teachers, and they are with the kids everyday, know every single one of them so well, and love them to an extent that influences even the parents to actively contribute to the community. If you think teachers are the most important aspect of a school like I do, this is the right place for you.”

“Carlo and his mechanics installed an engine on our Lexus RX350 and the car is running like new! The installation was done quickly in a few days. They might not be the cheapest shop, but I believe the extra $500 was worth it for such a major repair. I did not want to take a chance with any other shop for engine installation. I wanted to replace the Radiator too, but after they examined it, they did not recommend it. I recommend the shop for any major repair.”
