(August 13, 2018, 10:50 pm)My wife took our Honda Odyssey in to fix the rear bumper (someone hit her). We got the car back, and not only did they fix everything perfectly, they fully detailed the van at no charge and the interior looks the newest since we bought it new in 2014 (we have six daughters ages 7-16 and they’ve hammered it over the last 4 years). I’ve owned over 30 cars and had bodywork done here and there over the years, and I’ve never seen anything like this.
(March 9, 2018, 7:01 pm)Extremely friendly service and great place to get your car fixed. They repaired my vehicle back to brand new condition. They made sure I didn't leave until I was completely satisfied with their work.
The best part, the final price ended up being less than the original quote. Overall this place has been my best experience ever getting my car repaired.
(October 26, 2017, 11:54 pm)Unfortunately Neighbor at work hit the front bumper due to a medical emergency. I automatically called my Allstate agent and highly recommended Spencer. I called Geico the day before Shelley contacted me but I trust my agent more so i went with Proline. When I got there and asked for Geico to send out an estimator, Proline drove me to the nearest Enterprise. After 2 weeks got my car fixed, fresh and buffed/polished like it was brand new. One look and I knew they took care of my ride. I appreciate them for doing excellent work and Thanks to Proline for being easy to work/talk with.

They took really good care of me and handled everything from working with the adjuster and getting me a rental car plus returning it. I didn't have to do anything. The insurance company gave a list of companies they work with but I didn't trust them to do the work. The list of companies the insurance gives you get their business from them and would give you crappy aftermarket parts to save money. Spencer fought hard to get me OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts. These are much higher quality and will fit and look better. Spencer and Michelle kept me informed every step of the process.
In addition to the great customer service, the car looked AWESOME! The car looked way better than even before the accident. They completely detailed the exterior, wheels and interior. All the swirl marks on the paint disappeared! WOW!
These guys don't even need to have reviews from customers. Just visit them and you will see that they have a ton of cars ready to be fixed. They will still get your car done in a timely manner and deliver it looking like new. I totally recommend Proline.
