  Rug looks great at a very reasonable price. Luis and Rigo did an excellent job on delivery.

  Walked right in, dropped off the huge rug with tons of stains and pee from our puppy and toddler. They were very helpful and were even honest enough to let me know they might not all come out, but at least I would get a cleaner rug back! They also said they would call me when it was done, came in on time and they did what they said they were going to do. I thought the service and quality far outweighed the cost >$100 for a huge 12X12 rug. I would highly recommend and will be using them again.

  This is my favorite place to have my area rugs cleaned. I have been there with my Persian and Navajo rugs numerous times always with excellent results. They are very knowledgeable and thorough and always have them ready on time. They also have a beautiful show room with gorgeous rugs available for purchase.

When I picked up the rug, I found that the largest spot was not removed and the rug had shrunken by 2" in length and 1" in width. Simonian personnel made no comments to me about either issue.
