“When my daughter’s puppies soiled our $12k rug, I was beside myself with furry. Figuring the 8x10ft wool and silk rug was a goner, these guys really saved the day. They are extremely busy because they know their craft and do excellent work. In fact, 3 other clients were dropping off rugs while I was there briefly picking up our renewed rug. They worked their magic and the pet stain is gone and no foul odor. They really saved the day. And yes, I let my daughter keep the puppies. ;)”
