“Like other comments, I was also got referred by AHS home warranty. My water heater was broken and Mario was dispatched to inspect and do the replacement. I think he is professional and did his job well. In the inspection, he answered my questions and taught me how to diagnose a water leak issue. In the water heater replacement, he followed the protocols and did his job efficiently. I don’t see any communication issues talking with him. According to my personal experience with him, I think Mario is authentically good and professional. He deserves some encouragement and gratefulness.”

“Tremors is THE plumbing service we're going to call going forward! We had a leak in the supply pipe between the street and the house that we finally located - called Francisco, and he was out within the hour despite it being a late Saturday afternoon. He was extremely thorough in explaining our options, made sure we would be fine overnight and arrived promptly the next morning. Together with Jordan he completed the pretty significant job by Sunday evening, despite some unexpected complications - and left the place better looking than it had been! Francisco is super knowledgeable and a great communicator, always making sure we knew what was going on and how it would be addressed, and working around our schedules with water shutoffs. He clearly understands and enjoys his trade. 5/5”

Brandon, the owner, is incredible: so kind, patient, excellent communication, always easy to contact, and answers all my questions with a fast response! He just exudes coolness 😎! You can tell he and his team take great pride in their work and strive to achieve the best customer satisfaction! I first came to Golden State Auto with my 2007 Honda Civic for a couple of washes and one time for a deep clean and clay bar treatment. Had an excellent experience with them…So when I bought my 2022 Lexus NX350 Hybrid, I really wanted to preemptively take great care and pride in my new luxury car, so I reached out to Brandon for a quote on full frontal PPF and ceramic coating for the full car. He replied to me right away, and gave me a super fair quote for both services (that included a training session on how to properly wash and care for my paint). For this being the Bay Area, he gave me a really good price, and, in addition, I knew I had the peace of mind that I could reach out to Brandon should I have any concerns or issues. He was fully transparent on what the pricing included and work it entailed. I had reached out to a couple other places for quotes, and they either took a long time to get a hold of or had sneaky extra charges for the ceramic and PPF work. Bottom line, Brandon and his team at Golden State Auto Salon did an incredible job for the front PPF and full car ceramic coating! Love the sheen on my car and how the dirt easily slides off. Excellent customer service, quality work, and exemplary business! Will keep coming back to these guys!”

The continuity of care is really the key to getting 'you' better. She has helped my neck and back tremendously; because of her care I have taken less pain medication and have been able to continue my work. “Came here all the way from Oakland because of all the good reviews the place has. Went in not sure what to expect because my kid has always been difficult with haircuts. That’s why I looked for a place that specifically deals with kids maybe that way he would have a good experience. I have to say, I tried a different kids salon before and they let us down, but it seems we have found our new place for my son’s haircut. The overall experience was great. Precy was wonderful with my son. They were able to do an all scissors cut and he sat still for her and even though he has a fear of the clippers, she got him to sit still so she could do around his ears with the clippers. This was the fastest haircut he’s ever gotten. Thank you Cookie Cutters for giving my son his first good haircut experience. I would give 6 starts if I could.”
