“This is hands down the best storage facility in the Bay Area, and I have had a lot if storage units at different places over the years. The facility first: it is secure as hell, no one is getting in my units with the gate security, the millions of cameras everywhere, the structure of my unit which is solid metal with no netting on any side, and the location of the facility itself. The layout of the place is well organized with wide hallways for easy maneuvering even with big furniture. They have lots of hand carts, easy drive-up, and the place is….drum roll please…clean! And well air-conditioned throughout. Now for the staff: they are all of these things and I swear on my children’s lives that this is the truth: courteous, helpful, patient, kind, informative, giving, attentive, and they go above and beyond to help. In every phase of this they have been great- finding the right units, signing me up, letting movers bring stuff in, treating me well when I come to visit, they offer coffee and water as I work through the day in my unit. It’s unreal. They are so wonderful. I recommend this place and these people highly!! Thank you all for your help Arco’s!”

“Universal Movers moved me on May 18th and the two young men who came did a fabulous job they were polite efficient and fast and moved me within the time that I was estimated for the only thing I was not happy with is I was supposed to receive a call telling me what time they would come either the night before or in the morning and they did not... the laughable thing is they showed up while I was still in my pajamas and arriving at 7:50 in the morning which was a good thing I had requested 8 a.m. but was told it would be between 8 and 10 and I would receive a call. But the time really was perfect due to traffic going up to the Santa Rosa area. They were very polite courteous and respectfult only thing I wish that Universal Movers had an automatic lift instead of the steep ramp that they had to go up and lift heavy furniture into the truck that was an arduous task for these two young men. I have a lot of respect for them and their hard work that they do I would definitely recommend Universal Movers their trucks are clean their movers efficient and I was very happy with my service and I will definitely use them again try them you'll be very happy you did”

The storage unit has a built in light, clean as can be and the gate access is great. I also have a parking spot here and it's easy park and also they just redid the lot it looks great! “This a moving company I would highly recommend. Olga scheduled the move and was very accommodating. She helped me meet a deadline of moving my son out of his apartment. The movers called ahead before they arrived on time. They were very efficient and worked as a team. Everyone had a dedicated job. I got the feeling they had been working together for awhile. Everyone was very courteous. All the furniture arrived undamaged. The final bill was the same as the estimate that I was given. There were no surprises on the final bill. My wife used them to move her medical office and they were just as efficient. I would definitely use them again.”
