“This is Best "THE" 7 Eleven for customer service and satisfaction. Even 7 Eleven headquarters is there hooking them up with New shelves, Signs, and yes New Car washing station. The Staff is great and very helpful. I live 4miles away with 4 other 7 Eleven stores in between, this is the only one I go to. I'm willing to drive those 4 miles to get satisfaction I want... fresh coffee cigarettes ice cream etc. Because of those staff and the clean & well stocked store. Hell even the public bathroom is clean.”

Over the past 6+ years, my family's brought Dio (shop owner) our Mercedes, Audi, Volvo, Toyota Prius & Ford Focus to fix/for maintenance and he's been able to take care of them no problem (all but the Prius needed A LOT of work--thanks for helping my mom pass her smog test on the '98 Volvo she won't let go of...twice). He and his team get the job done efficiently and at an honest price. Dio's even taken my car the same day I called him. Umm, amazing? Highly recommend DJ&J!!”

KEPT a smile on his face even while he was taking orders and multitasking. +(*) I Peeked in the store it did appear Clean ..... But since I didn't actually go in i can Not Give a Full Star for Cleanliness. So this 2nd star comes from: We did order 2 baconators Buy 1 get 1 for $1 on The App Which I LOVE ! And the chilli cheese Fries which are Delicious !!!!! ++(*) Special REQUEST (add) Pickles 1 of the baconator Burgers . ??? it was DONE !!! AND Special request 2 sour creams . All request completed with out any mistakes on special request. -(+) 1 LOST Star because my wife and I agree both burgers are usually delicious but this was my 1st time at this Location . The meat was lacking seasoning & the meat was not Seared which gives a tremendous about of flavor to the burger .”

“Universal Movers moved me on May 18th and the two young men who came did a fabulous job they were polite efficient and fast and moved me within the time that I was estimated for the only thing I was not happy with is I was supposed to receive a call telling me what time they would come either the night before or in the morning and they did not... the laughable thing is they showed up while I was still in my pajamas and arriving at 7:50 in the morning which was a good thing I had requested 8 a.m. but was told it would be between 8 and 10 and I would receive a call. But the time really was perfect due to traffic going up to the Santa Rosa area. They were very polite courteous and respectfult only thing I wish that Universal Movers had an automatic lift instead of the steep ramp that they had to go up and lift heavy furniture into the truck that was an arduous task for these two young men. I have a lot of respect for them and their hard work that they do I would definitely recommend Universal Movers their trucks are clean their movers efficient and I was very happy with my service and I will definitely use them again try them you'll be very happy you did”
