“Eric did my son’s home in San Carlos. With that, the area is incredibly expensive compared to other parts of the USA, but E&S’ prices were comparable. An example was he installed canned lights in the ceiling for the living room and kitchen. His rate is $400 per light. My son had 10 lights installed in a flat ceiling. Eric charged about $3750 for that job. That included materials. Unfortunately, he missed the locations by an inch or more and had to recut another ceiling hole. So now 3 or 4 lights have a crescent cutout that my son has to fix himself. I would have thought he would make it right by repairing the goof-up or compensating the price a bit, but he did neither. E&S is one of the few small contractors who has a permit to work in the San Carlos area. This makes it easier for the building inspectors when they check the work during sign-off.”

“Mike Delfino was recommended to me by a friend who has the utmost trust in him. I can understand why. Mike came and repaired my mom's electrical issues beyond expectation. She is 85 and her home still is wired from the 40's, besides she lives in Menlo Park and I had to coordinate this from San Antonio, TX. When I was visiting, her circuit breaker blew towards the end of my visit and wouldn't reset and she had been having problems with other outlets and lights as well. I tried typical self repair that work, and in light of a circuit breaker issue, thought best to get hold of an electrician. That was when Mike Delfino was recommended to me. Called him, left a message and very shortly afterwards he called back. He then called my mom arranged to come to her home and found and repaired the problem. Called me up upon getting it done and updated me on the situation. He had checked the circuit board, found the missing cover panel and placed it back, and assured us that it still was ok. It is great to know that there are still people who are not only skilled in their profession and craft, but honest and helpful, still out there working. Mike Delfino is definitely one of them. I am glad that should my mom need any more help with her electricity, that I have some that I can trust to do the right thing for her. Again, many thanks to Mike for making my mom's home safer and 'brighter'.”
