“I was very impressed and pleases with the service I received having my leaking my water heater replaced today. It is Saturday and I was not sure I would be able to reach anyone. I called Bayshore Plumbers and Joe the technician arrived with in 40 minutes! He assessed the heater, and I agreed it needed to be replaced. He knew the supplier closed at noon. He was off and picked up exactly the model needed. While he was gone Joe had set up the old tank to drain and when he returned the tank was ready for removal. Before I knew it the old heater was removed, the new heater installed, and the area cleaned! I recommend Bayshore Plumbers as their technicians are courteous, well trained, and respectful.”

“Like other comments, I was also got referred by AHS home warranty. My water heater was broken and Mario was dispatched to inspect and do the replacement. I think he is professional and did his job well. In the inspection, he answered my questions and taught me how to diagnose a water leak issue. In the water heater replacement, he followed the protocols and did his job efficiently. I don’t see any communication issues talking with him. According to my personal experience with him, I think Mario is authentically good and professional. He deserves some encouragement and gratefulness.”

“Tremors is THE plumbing service we're going to call going forward! We had a leak in the supply pipe between the street and the house that we finally located - called Francisco, and he was out within the hour despite it being a late Saturday afternoon. He was extremely thorough in explaining our options, made sure we would be fine overnight and arrived promptly the next morning. Together with Jordan he completed the pretty significant job by Sunday evening, despite some unexpected complications - and left the place better looking than it had been! Francisco is super knowledgeable and a great communicator, always making sure we knew what was going on and how it would be addressed, and working around our schedules with water shutoffs. “The plumber and his guys are the greatest. Here's our story. We had a mysterious slow leak in our apartment that damaged our wood floor--blackened it and made it buckle. We had plumbers and flooring people come in to look at it. The plumbers couldn't figure out the source of the leak & recommended that we just start demolishing our walls and floor until we found it. We passed on that idea. The flooring people told us that the leak had stopped and advised us to re-floor the area. So we did. But the leak hadn't stopped. Their new flooring was blackened and buckling within 6 months. Two thousand down the drain. Finally we found this service. Within an hour of arriving in our apartment, using a logical process of investigation grounded in experience, he and his guys found the source of the leak and stopped it. They worked with us over a period of six months to make sure everything stayed dry before they would even consider re-flooring. And when they finally did it, they did a careful, good-looking job. He and his team knows plumbing, carpentry, construction--the works. They are reliable, smart, communicative and very fair in their pricing. We give them the highest recommendation.”

“TL;DR: premium service that the Ritz Carlton could learn from I called Cabrillo in the morning hoping to get an appointment, and by late afternoon, their crew have already come and gone, and I am blessed with two freshly installed water heaters, and all the mickey-mousing of piping from the previous contractor repaired and working properly. In interest of attempting to keep this review brief, I'll try to bulletpoint some highlights of why I am just so outrageously impressed by Brian, Gerson and crew, and with Cabrillo Plumbing as a whole. - Communication - A live person, who was very knowledgable and able to answer my questions re: water heaters, repair and/or install, picked up the phone when I called the office. Then, proper use of technology, with various text messages updating me on dispatch, who is coming, when, etc etc. Crystal clear, efficient, effective. Wow. - Brian & Crew - What a guy! Came in, assessed my situation, gave various use case scenarios and analyzed what suitable solution sets make sense for me, all packaged in an approachable, easy to understand, form factor. I'll also add that I threw on Spotify for the crew, and by the afternoon we were kareoke'ing to 80s power rock while they showed me details of their install while going over care tips and maintenance. - The Install - See photos, but, and I never thought I'd say this, but, my what a beautiful piping job! In total we ended up having 4 guys on the job, all super clean, all super professional, all super cool to hang out with and chat about the ins an outs of plumbing and water heaters and all the things I've never thought twice about. - Conclusion - I'm reminded of the meme, "if you think a pro is expensive, wait til you hire an amateur". Cabrillo, off the bat, may seem expensive. But my oh my the VALUE you get in terms of TIME SAVINGS, and more importantly, crystal clear understanding of a.) what the problem is, and b.) what practical solutions make sense, makes all the difference. I've never, ever, thought I'd spend this much time writing a review for a plumbing company, but in closing, all I can say is that this company has earned my family as a raving customer for life. Truly, an amazing operation, from human personnel, equipment utilization, technology application, just, wow, bravo, very, very well done Cabrillo!”

Will wait for 20 min until someone says something like "this stall is out of order".Move to the next and wait an additional 20 min until someone comes out to say "Drive through is open". “Nate Watt is an extraordinary craftsman. He planned ahead for his visit and was very organized. He was also quick and skilled. Our plumbing is likely 1970's era and he was able to replace all of our angle valves and replace 3 faucet sets in one visit. I would recommend him for any plumbing task. The reason I did not choose "good value" about the business is because I am a renter and my landlords handled the estimates and the costs from the plumbers who gave an estimate for the work.
