The room smelled good, there was relaxing music playing, and I was on a cozy bed with a soft blanket while she worked on me. Very, very good experience. She is such a sweet lady. Highly recommend!! Tubs are comfortable but can be overwhelmingly hot much like a steam room so I encourage u to bring extra water for u and yours in addition to the complimentary bottles provided to u free at the desk. “This is one of my favourite hotel and spas in the Bay Area. They are located in the middle of Redwood City hills, the structure is beautiful and he is super well maintained. The restaurant has an amazing view on the hills, the ambience is very pleasant, food is quite good and the service is impeccable. The SPA is probably the best part of Rosewood. It is a relaxation heaven that I would strongly recommend. It is a very unique place to spend a couple of days at.”

I felt like royalty from the second I got out of my car. I had a great massage, and used the spa facilities for a few hours; brought a book and just relaxed!! Yes it is pricey, but so are all the spa's with amenities in San Francisco. You can't beat the location right on the water for a post spa drink either.”

“I'm from out of town so this is my first time visiting this place. First impression is great. I like the glass roof and the store set up - feels like an outdoor shopping but inside the mall. The store selection are very limited. It's only a handful. Mostly I like the store set up but I don't have any particular store I want to go in except the Salty Taffy store maybe. Ample of parking space. The Oceano hotel and spa can be accessed inside the mall as well. Good a quick visit to check out the store set up but I don't really have anything particular to visit. It's a neat set up.”
