I am traveling across country in my Fusion Hybrid. Logged 3800 miles from home and needed an oil change. I tried over a dozen dealers and even had Ford customer care search and everyone had some story why they couldnt get it done. Some even tried to schedule me for 2weeks out! I pulled into Serramonte Ford who are extremely busy. They were willing to fit me in if i would wait. I explained my situation and that i really needed to get on the road to my family in Los Angeles. While I couldn't blame them I felt uncomfortable about being bothered. They weren't being rude. I was feeling sensitive. The wearing of a mask may have contributed. I'm usually away from people and shopping less. I'm not currently working.”

“This was our first time here. We came for lunch and there was a line so I'm glad we took advantage of joining the waitlist on yelp. We barely waited for a table! We both ordered the clam chowder in the sourdough bread bowl and it was amazing! We also got salads. The ranch was very good. Service was also excellent. They did have a lot of options however we wanted a quick lunch bite. Everyone was dressed casual for lunch but you could tell that it could be real upscale atmosphere at night. The prices were high but it's San Fran on fisherman's wharf so expected that! Will def be back”

“This is my second time here. While they don’t have a big menu their food is always on point. I personally come for the pizza and salads. “It’s so fresh it makes you wanna slap yo momma!!!” If you love beer look no further. Steele is super awesome too... plus parking is free, the movie theater is like 25 steps away and if you want ice cream it’s just a few more steps away. Plus the people that come here are cool if you’re a social butterfly. It’s also a good place just to watch the game and chill. ???”

“I can't speak highly enough about this small independent company that provides excellent service, on-time or you know the reason why, for a reasonable cost that another small business can afford. Some of my orders are resold to my graphic design customers, or resold in my online and physical marketplace like greeting cards, and some are my own promotional materials. My design customers were very happy with the quality, price and timely delivery of their post cards, brochures and mailings. I was able to expand my line of greeting cards because of their prices and terms for small quantities. When some of my artwork printed darker than expected, as scanned images often do, they took my sample and took the time to work out the best settings for my work. And when I can't get to the shop while they're open to pick up a proof or an order, they just make arrangements for me to pick it up outside the building later in the day. I and my customers are happy to support a woman-owned business too.”

“This is the restaurant with the best service. I went with my friend and together we have 2 toddlers and a 5 year old after an exciting day. The waiter Tyler is a sweetheart. He requested for us paper menus because we were struggling with the phone menu. The manager, Ephram, personal delivered them to us and engaged politely with the children. Throughout our whole dinner we were checked on and taken care of by Tyler. Because of there excellent service, I will totally drive the hour and a half to get there.
