“I am not going to lie, and when I read the reviews and saw the low ratings, I was super nervous about going to this location as I so used to go to the T-Mobile out in Serramonte. I have to admit, my experience at this location for the first time was excellent. Immediately greeted and assisted by one of the employees named Moe who helped me transition from a nonworking phone (sent by the phone insurance) to a new working one. My 30 minutes there (while I waited for all my files to transfer to the new phone) was so fun, and I'm talking about great conversations which included one damn good riddle that Moe told me that I till this day can not figure out. Because of my experience with them that particular day, I promise that I will be back to by the Note 9, which I did, and let me say that day was even better. I was able to meet the whole team, Valerie, Markus, CJ, Chris, and Miguel, who were all super nice and very attentive not only to my needs but to the needs of the other customers as well. I have never met a group of people in retail that you can tell really love their job, peers, and are truly dedicated to their customer's needs. I will be heading back there today, to see if I can get my sister to become a new T-mobile user. I want to thank the whole team for their awesomeness, you guys are awesome!”

“I stopped by to search for what I learned to be the smallest size DXL sells, but I still enjoyed looking around the store for ideas for a tall friend of mine who has issues finding clothes. The customer service here is excellent! They're readily available to help you find what you need and answer any questions you might have. They even offer to order an item you need shipped online while you're in the store seeing items in person. While their prices are more expensive than what you'd pay at another store, they do have a small discounted section in the back of the store near the tailoring mirrors. I recommend this store and company to those looking for quality long and tall clothes.”

“We did our dive cert here. They were great, we needed some extra help and the instructor saw us outside the class for more help.. free! My only criticism would be the free dive in Monterey was a bit disorganized. Overall a realy good experience and diving is worth the time!”
