In our case, he never pushed us into a purchase and, in fact, dissuaded us from rushing into it. For one of the houses we were interested in, he warned us that it was overpriced in his opinion. We were ready to overbid, but decided to wait, and he was right -- it sold for exactly what he thought it should go for. He also educated us on some other aspects that we had overlooked. For any house we shortlisted, he would always do extensive research and prepare the pros and cons of that property, in quick time. We were overseas when we started looking, so he would communicate to us over email in extensive detail, shoot videos of the houses we liked, and was available any time we wanted to talk to him. He understood our likes and dislikes well, and his guidance was critical in us being able to buy the house we ultimately bought and we are really happy with the purchase. He gave us great advise both in terms of pricing as well as softer qualitative aspects, such as street location, neighborhood, quality of construction and finishes, unforeseen future costs, etc. He continues to help us even after the purchase whenever we have any questions. He also works independently, which is a plus, since his incentives are not tied to a bigger real estate firm. I would strongly, highly, absolutely, wholeheartedly recommend working with him! :-)”

He proceeded to the closest store and I order that Pico De Gallo double cheese burger. I have never been so satisfied by a fast food meal. A quarter of the way in, I'm thinking about saving some for later. However, the pico was too fresh and the burger was too good to stop. The fries played a good supporting role, and the drink was huge for a medium. On too of that the service was fast and friendly. Whataburger, I'll be back.”

“I made a mistake of renting one of my extra rooms out with a tenant with a dog. I did not charge for a pet fee nor a cleaning fee. I only charged for a deposit. When she moved out, there was an excess fur leftover even after she had vacuumed the room. So I rented the rug doctor. After a day of letting it dry, I noticed that the wet dog smell got worse. So I decided to google professional carpet cleaners and I came across Go Green. It was 9pm at night and I was surprised that someone had picked up. Their customer service is really a 24/7 service! They immediately patched me to the professional cleaner for an advise and he told me that wetting it with the rug doctor indeed made the wet dog smell worse. So we scheduled seamlessly and for $160 he cleaned my 10x12 room and even did my bathroom and my other room as a bonus! So far the wet dog smell is gone. I am happy!”

“Finding the right preschool for our family was challenging. We wanted our children to learn through play - to discover more about the world around them in meaningful out-of-the-box ways - not through sitting at a desk or worksheets. We want(ed) them to be taught respectful conflict resolution skills, responsibility and self-expression. I thought that I would need to sacrifice these standards when I went back to work because so many preschools we visited seemed more like elementary school than true developmentally-based preschools. My work schedule was increasing as our children got older so I needed flexible care- some long days, some short days, some weeks different than others. Campbell Child Development Center met and exceeded our expectations. Every time I popped in (they have an open-door policy), my children were fully engaged in creative play. When my children graduated from CCDC 3 years later, we walked away with a 2-inch portfolio of their developmental progress since their arrival - literally a scrapbook of their growth on every level. The principles, language and skills that they taught our family are still used every day in our home. Our children still ask to go back and visit (now 8 and 10 years old) and we remain close with many of the families, teachers and staff. Do yourself a favor and take a tour of the preschool. Be prepared to be impressed. ”
