Service by Carolina made the Cinco de Mayo Celebration a unique experience because she brought the A+ game to courteous, prompt, friendly service. Glasses and chips were always full throughout meal and she stopped by many times to make sure we were well taken care of. Every dish was perfectly cooked and flavored to perfection. Amazing mixed fajitas, burritos de carne asada, and shrimp meal. The mixed fajita carne asada, shrimp, and chicken has this special blend of spices that is difficult to describe, except to say MMMMMM, MMMMM, delicious, finger licking yum! The beans are a perfect blend of spices and cheese. Tortillas are cooked well. Margaritas were awesome. Huge glasses with all the right ingredients. Happy Hour during Cinco de Mayo $5 Margaritas. Two are just fine for the night. Highly recommend. So far, best Dang Mexican Restaurant in Gilroy.”

“I had a great experience riding the horses with Shannen. This is my first time ever riding a horse and my cousin convinced me to come with her to try it out. It was not as scary as I thought it would be, Shannen was very patient and made sure the horses pace never went past my comfort zone. She also made sure to walk next to me until I felt comfortable to ride the horse "alone". At the end, she even allowed me to help bathe them which I found very fun. Thanks for the experience Shannen!”

“This is a Star Smog Test station - extra quality. I turned up without an appointment (they allow this). The directions to check in were clear and the wait short (less than 5 minutes) to get checked in. The person doing this was efficient, really friendly and polite. I was given a wait time the of 20 minutes. There was a clean open place to sit, free Internet and I waited about 15 minutes. Then it was all done! The cost was highly competitive. I have never had such good and fast service for doing this in twenty-five years.”

“DiCorti Bush Equestrian is a professional full service hunter/jumper barn! They have a wonderful group there that are all very friendly and supportive. Everyone is always cheering each other on! Not only is it a great barn community the training is excellent. They help riders and horses develop to achieve their goals each year! I love being apart of this barn and really enjoy practicing on my well schooled horse and work on bringing on my 6 year old! The facility is wonderful too as there is multiple rings, cross country field, a track and trails with hiIls to work the horses to help their fitness and keep it interesting! I would highly recommend this program if you want to develop as a competitive hunter/equitation/jumper rider and/or a horse!”
