The staff and Dr. Peters were beyond helpful. It was one of the nicest doctors offices I've been to in San Jose. Dr. Peters was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the details of my 13 year old son's options and braces to him. They patiently answered all his questions in a way that he felt both heard and listened to. Sue, who has worked there for decades, was also so amazing to sit down with us and demonstrate all the possibilities that my son could see. I was very impressed with their ability to talk with teenagers in a relatable way. Great services!
The staff is always helpful and friendly. Options are given so we haven’t felt pressured into any decisions. Happy with our experiences.
