She offers a wonderful combination of shiatsu and acupuncture. I often get excruciatingly ticklish and tense during a massage, but amazingly, that doesn’t happen at all with Charmian’s bodywork! My body is able to relax completely. Her treatments transport me to a place of deep rest when I’m on her table. I also get a long, deep sleep the evening after a session. I really appreciate how she explains what the points are for and what meridians she’s working with. She has a lot of knowledge to share for further healing, including nutritional advice, yoga breaths and movements, and local classes/workshops. “He will fix you. My coworkers all recommended Brandt Pedersen at Positive Motion Chiropractic. They all said, he will fix you. I went in with neck and upper back pain from repetitive stress (hardhats, bad ergonomics, etc.). He not only did adjustments (neck, back, limbs), he will gave me the tools and exercises to fix the problem, and strengthen the muscles whose weakness contributed to it. I've tried other chiropractors and all they did was adjust my back and send me away. This did nothing to fix the underlying problem or provide a long term solution for my pain. Brandt's sports medicine background is a great help in both finding the source of my neck and back problems and in finding lasting relief from them. He's the best I've ever found.”
