Piedmont Internal Medicine

Went for a physical and had a great experience at Piedmont Internal Medicine. I was in and out in an hour. I felt like Dr. Long really took time to listen to me and discuss any questions that I had. All of the nurses and staff were very friendly and helpful.

FYI: parking is not free and can not be validated. Be forewarned if you have a stroller or wheelchair - I am not sure if there is an elevator in the garage. If there is one I never found it. All of the handicap spots are on the ground floor.

TIP: if you are a new patient, print and fill out the new patient forms before your appointment. Everything can be found on their website.

Everyone ,from the front desk receptionist to the phlebotomist, I encountered at PIM was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to speak with me about my health concerns and information on lab test prices in order for me to find the cheapest option. I am incredibly grateful to have found them. The only bad thing was the paid parking. Give them a try! I’m sure you won’t regret it!

Dr. McClatchey is incredible. I would recommend him highly to anyone interested in finding a doctor who really investigates patient health issues and who treats patients as though they are partners in their care. He and his wonderful staff are all bright, compassionate and generous with their time. My husband and I are lucky to have found this practice.

An excellent practice. The physicians and support staff are highly qualified, professional and sensitive to a patient's needs. I had an appointment a few weeks ago and I was seen on time by a courteous physician.
