CLAUDIA went out of her way to shut down her location and drive to the other location, to help us out. I have no idea why Public Storage lets us make reservation time slots for when no one is there at the location. If it weren't for CLAUDIA I would have left and found another company. CLAUDIA is bright, hard-working, and very knowledgeable about the services offered by Public Storage.
