I’ve honestly come to expect a low level of service from Enterprise but the Colorado Ave location here in the Springs is great. Joe was so incredible & really shows how much he cares about the customer. I was truly taken aback by his kindness to my husband and I. We will be back & will recommend going to see Joe to everyone we know!

I'm rarely blown away by service (esp these days) but this place is amazing. They were hospitable and helpful, and super easy to deal with. I interacted with two people there (Gabby?) and someone else and they were both so kind and made the process so easy. I was not expecting much from a rental car place, but they go above and beyond here.

I cannot say enough good things about this Enterprise. We were having a medical emergency. We needed to get my child to a medical treatment facility 13 hours away on last minute notice. I had an issue with my Debit card ( they were so helpful with recommending how to fix the issue) Even recommending a local bank that would open an account for very little considering the financial Jam that I was in. Even going out of their way to give us courtesy drop off service after the issues and after the return of the rental.

Exceptional Customer Service from this Enterprise staff, both Jackson and Gabriela were caring, professional, friendly, and made sure I was completely satisfied. And I am. Picked up by Staff at my repair shop and taken to the rental lot. Seamless and 5 Thumbs Up! I'll use them again and recommend to family and friends.

Amazing! I needed registration stickers asap for a work truck. The lady that helped me spoke perfect english (Mi español esta muy roto y vergonzoso) and was very professional. I was in and out in LESS THAN 5 MINUTES. 5 minutos, eso es todo! All at a great price. Will be back soon and often!
